BANGALORE: Submit documents by August 15 to sustain your LPG connection. The food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department has made it clear that there'll be no more extension of deadline.
However, officials promised not to disconnect supply immediately. Said M C Gangadhara, food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department additional director: "We are not stopping connections
immediately after the deadline. There will be a verification process and customers will be intimated before disconnection. If they haven't submitted documents , we will issue
a notice before the disconnection," he said.
Gangadhara said 4 ,54,295 connections have been cleared and 68,199 are to be verified.
However, consumers are still facing problems in uploading data on the website.

In case of APL card holders and LPG consumers who are not BPL card holders, they have to
log on to http://ahara.kar. nic.in, click the link 'click here to verify your LPG and ration card status' and update RR Number, etc. There's an online option to rectify mistakes, if any, in the database
