You may contact Grievance Redressal Officers on all Mondays(working days) between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. Without prior appointment and on other days with prior appointments

• Register your Grievance/Complaint online trough our Customer Portal at http://www.licindia.in/
• Send it through post or email.
• Contact our Customer Zone.
Claims Rewiew Committees (having a retired Judge as one of the members) are formed at ZO/CO level to consider appeals related to repudiated death claims.
