Please quote correct PAN
Please quote correct TAN and name of employer
Please quote Bank A/c No. and 9 digit bank MICR code.


PLEASE NOTE
Please use proscribed SAHAJ (ITR-1) (colored) and ITR-2 forms only
Please collect the ITR forms from the Department or at the special counters
You can also download SAHAJ (ITR-1) and ITR-2 from www.incometaxindia.gov.in and print using colour printer on good quality A4 size white paper
Please get it sealed in the concerned counters and take the acknowledgment
Please bring copy of your PAN cards
